Treneé D. McGee
Treneé is a powerful voice of her generation, with a multifaceted career as a teacher, writer, director,
producer, and legislator to the nation and abroad.
She earned a BFA in Acting from Marymount Manhattan College and a certificate from The Umbra Institute in Perugia, Italy. Treneé's passion for the arts began at age 3 when she began booking print, commercials, and TV shows from New York to Amsterdam, Holland. After earning her SAG Card, she became a Nick Jr. kid, appearing in several Nick Jr. campaigns over the course of her career.
In 2012, she appeared in an award-winning student film EDUCO and award-winning Independent Film "Public Access." Other appearances include Sesame Street and Parkay Margin Butter and Chicken Tonight, filmed in Amsterdam. Treneé remains dedicated to enhancing her craft and teaching the next generation of actors to grow within their passion for the arts. In 2021 Treneé established TDM Production Company & TDM Acting Studio for Young Actors, which opened its doors in October 2022 to developing and professional artists near and far. A champion of arts education, community theaters and the enhancement of theater across the State of CT. As a legislator, Treneé introduced the theater tax credit legislation that was successfully signed into law in June 2023, with Connecticut becoming the 7th State of the Nation to do so.

An experience created for audiences around the globe with the goal for audiences to be enlightened, strengthened, challenged and inspired to change the world around them through quality productions. With a passion to create a platform for new artist, young artist, artists of color and faith-based productions, TDM is designed to provide a holistic theatrical experience to audiences, creatives, theatregoers and communities around us.
